Norah Cooney, 2, hitches a ride on her mom's back during a Yoga in Nature class on Saturday at Empire Market. Norah's mom, Amber Cooney, said it's the only way yoga gets done at her house. The event was sponsored by Four States Yoga and the Wildcat Glades Friends Group.
