Representatives from Access Family Care and the Joplin Area Chamber of Commerce gather to celebrate the official opening of the clinic's new pediatrics and ob/gyn units with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday at Access. The $1.3 million expansion added new 27 rooms to the clinic.
