Mercy Hospital Executive Chef JT Amos prepares a fire-braised lemon basil chicken dish during Mercy's Ladies Night Out with Heart event on Thursday night at Mercy. The event, in recognition of February as heart month. The event included a fashion show, presentations on heart-health topics and vendors. Proceeds from the event benefit the Mercy Health Foundation Cardiac Services fund in providing equipment, programs, education and resources to benefit economically disadvantaged cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation patients locally.
